February 24 2014 Jose Vasquez of Quéz Media Wins Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award (DSMA)

 

Jose Vasquez of Cleveland marketing firm Quéz Media Marketing recently received the DSMA Award from Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI).

Jose Vasquez was recently announced as a recipient of the Sales and Marketing Executives International’s (SMEI) Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award (DSMA).

                                           

Vasquez is the founder and CEO of Quéz Media Marketing, a Cleveland-based digital marketing firm that offers a range of services to its clients including graphic design, web development, and SEO/social media management. Vasquez is also the founder of Build. Brand Blast., a venture specifically dedicated to helping startup tech companies succeed.

 

The SMEI Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award® is announced annually to recognize sales and marketing professionals who have truly made an impact in the industry. SMEI recognizes these individuals as significant movers and shakers in the marketing and sales world, with standards of performance and innovation constantly on the rise.

“We receive many entries for these awards and it the selection process is rigorous and thorough. We have so many great candidates, but are forced to narrow it down to the best in the profession," says Sharon Reed, executive director of the Akron/Canton affiliate of SMEI.

July 24 2013 Quéz Media Launches KLN Logistics Website

Quéz Media Marketing recently unveiled its latest web design for a national logistics company headquartered in their native city of Cleveland, KLN Logistics.

June 17 2013 Quéz Media Launches Brand New Portfolio Website

Quéz Media Marketing has been serving the Northeast Ohio area for nearly four years, and is ready to show off some of its greatest works with its newest website.

February 25 2013 Quéz Media Marketing Completes Goldman-Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program

Quéz Media’s Jose Vasquez recently graduated as a participant in the Goldman-Sachs Foundation’s $500 million 10,000 Small Businesses program.

The 10,000 Small Businesses program originates from a Goldman-Sachs investment initiative committed to helping small businesses flourish, therefore instating new jobs, stimulating the economy, and creating an environment more welcoming to small businesses. Held in Cleveland, Ohio, the graduation event featured a tremendous turnout. Special guests included Mayor Frank G. Jackson of Cleveland, U.S. Senator Rob Portman, President of Goldman Sachs Gary D. Cohn, and Dr. Jerry Sue Thornton.

Jose Vasquez, CEO of Quéz Media, has actively participated in the program for almost six months, attending lectures, classes, and networking opportunities to help Quéz Media adapt and strengthen their corporate strategy while creating new mutually beneficial business relationships.

Quéz Media Marketing has been selected as a 2012 “Top Business” recipient by DiversityBusiness.com. The award conference was held at the 12th Annual National Business Awards Ceremony and Conference located at the Foxwoods Resort & Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut on April 25 - April 27, 2012.

April 29 2012 Jose Vasquéz & The Quéz Team Score Another Home Run!

Quéz Media Marketing was recognized on April 24, 2012 at the Cleveland Indians Game as a 2011 MVDBP “Most Valuable Diverse Business Partner.” This award is given in honor of the Anniversary of Jackie Robinson and his legacy, and to celebrate the Indians’ highest respected business partners. January 24 2011 Quéz Media Named 2011 Connector’s Choice Award Finalist

On January 20, 2011, CBC Magazine announced Quéz Media Marketing as a finalist for the fourth annual Connector’s Choice Awards. Quéz is one of three finalists competing in the Best Promotional/Corporate Gift Company.

The Connectors Choice Awards honor the best of Cleveland’s businesses, non-profits and individuals working in the fields of networking and event planning. After receiving hundreds of nominations over the 19 categories between Nov. 1 and Dec. 15, a panel of estimated judges selected Quéz as a finalist based on letters of recommendations and nominee descriptions.

Winners will be announced at the Connectors Choice Awards Celebration on Wednesday Feb. 23, 2011 at the House of Blues-Cleveland from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. and will be featured in the March issue of CBC Magazine.

Although Quéz has been featured in CBC Magazine twice, this is their first Connectors Choice Award nomination.

July 01 2009 Quéz Media Names Cross-Media Marketing Expert as VP

Quéz Media Marketing, a Cleveland-based integrated marketing solutions provider that delivers results through technology and creativity, hired Gina M. Dalessandro as vice president of sales and marketing.

Dalessandro is responsible for attracting business and identifying new opportunities for the company, which enables organizations to deliver highly targeted, connected messages through the convergence of print, Web, email and other media.

"Gina is a gem for our company—someone who first listens to marketing communications professionals to understand their individual needs, and then delivers tools and concepts that spark business and reduce costs for those clients," says Jose Vasquez, CEO of Quéz Media Marketing.

Part of Dalessandro's role is showing clients the benefits of Quéz Media Marketing's Q-ME technology, which enables users to target prospects, and follow up with them based on their behavior. Dalessandro has extensive background in the digital printing, data solutions and marketing industries. A graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business, she serves on Women in Networking's Advisory Board and is immediate past chairperson of the Cleveland Community Leadership Board for the American Diabetes Association. She's also an active member of Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland. Previously, she served as president of Toastmasters International's Valley View chapter and achieved her CTM.
